This adorable bird has been crocheted and embroidered with lots of care and attention to details using 100% cotton and polyester fill.
It reminds me of a pet bird that I loved as a child.
The bird measures approx. 17cm from head to tail and is attached to a 15cm bamboo hoop with fishing nylon.
The hoop is decorated with pink crocheted blossoms and leaves.
The Hoop is attached to a small bamboo ring for hanging.
This bird would be a lovely distraction in a nursery, but equally interesting in a bedroom or sunroom as it spins and moves with the slightest air movement.
My personal favourite is for an elderly person in a Nursing home.
Especially if you are bedbound, there is nothing worse than staring at the ceiling!
Easily cleaned using a soft brush when required.
